last 4 month when i was still working...
I slept early everyday.. (12am or 1am)
I woke up early (7.13 am)

from 14may onwards...
I slept at 5am or later..
and woke up at 1 or 2 pm..

past 2 days..
I slept at 3 am...
and woke up at 12 pm..
